    Summary:
    Fate/Zero takes place 10 years prior to the events of Fate/Stay Night, detailing the events of the Fourth Holy Grail War in Fuyuki City. Originally founded by the Einzbern, Tohsaka and Matou families, the war involves seven Masters commanding seven Servants (spirits of heroes from the past) which are divided into the following classes: Saber, Lancer, Archer, Rider, Caster, Assassin and Berserker. The seven Masters pit their Servants against each other in battle, with the same goal in mind – to claim the Holy Grail and grant their heart’s desire.

    Summary:
    Oreki Houtarou’s motto is “If I don’t have to do it, I won’t. If I have to do it, I’ll make it quick.” However, he goes against his motto when he joins Kamiyama High School’s Classic Literature Club at his sister’s request to stop it from being abolished. Houtarou, together with fellow members Chitanda Eru, Fukube Satoshi and Ibara Mayaka, discover mysteries around the school that only Houtarou is able to solve.
